We offer a 6-month guarantee on battery, 3 months for atomizers.If the product is defective, pls tell us in 3 days ask for a after-selling service.
*The disposable pods:
Disposable pods are disposable consumer products, we will not return or exchange them, but we will provide returning defective goods.If the product is defective, pls tell us in 3 days ask for a after-selling service.
3. Delivery time:
*If you purchase our Ezgoing brand disposable, the orders will be ship out in 12hours once the payment is finished;
*For OEM/ODM orders, about 10-20 working days after the payment finished;
4. Shipment arrangement:
*For bulk cargo, we have professional forwarders to ship by air; Welcome to use your own forwarders to arrange shipment;
*For small orders ,usually we arrange shipment by DHL,UPS,TNT,etc.
5. About OEM Service:
